Knitting scale

It can knit single ribtop, double ribtop, terry, jersey, tuck, mesh, Jacquard, two-tone elastic, Y heel etc.

Technical features

• Italy DEIMO or Chinese controller is optional, driven by servo motor, compact structure, high running speed, digital control of Cams, more than 200 kinds of chain programs for option, the chain program can be made as per requirement of client;
• Feeder ass’y: 6F, 1 feeder, computerized 25 yarn fingers, the main feeder has 8 pcs yarn fingers, 2 pcs of yarn finger for elastic, the other 15 pcs yarn fingers can work as pattern fingers;
• Automatically stop for self protection when needle broken, insufficient compressed air, no oil, yarn broken etc;
• Computerized atomized lubrication feeding;
• The cross bar body is driven by belt, more exact and stable than driven by gear;
• Yarn fingers can be ajusted individually, which is more easier and stable;
